Learn About Online Banking
High-speed learning.
Life is one long tutorial session. That said, we promise to keep this online banking course short and sweet. After all, the faster you finish reading the sooner you can start banking.
Logging In
Once you receive your USER ID in the mail, go online and follow the guidelines listed to set up a personalized online banking PIN number along with a new User ID. When you’re finished, makes sure to jot them down and keep them handy in a secure location. Many computers will give you the option of remembering your Log In information for future visits.
My Accounts
My Accounts provides an overview of all your accounts, including available balances and account balances. All completed transfers are reflected in the balances and pending transfers are typically shown by the next business day.
Account Activity
For Type-A individuals, this is where the fun happens. From interest earned to transferred funds, this is where you can scan and track recent transaction at the click of your mouse. You can even customize your transaction search by date, including the last 30 days.
Transferring Funds
Online banking makes transferring money from one Brickwell account to another as easy (and safe) as 1-2-3-4-5. Once logged in, select Transfer Funds. Then select the account you want to transfer money from, followed by the account you wish to transfer money to. Enter the amount. Finally, click “continue” to receive confirmation. It’s that simple.
Logging Out
Just because you close your browser window doesn’t mean you’re no longer logged in to your Brickwell online account. Always click on the “Log Out” button at the completion of each session. You’ll automatically be taken to a page that lets you know you are no longer in a secure area.
